POMEMBNO OBVESTILO

S tem so verski skupnosti Sakrament Prehoda in njenim pripadnikom odvzeli pravico do uporabe ibogaina v verske namene.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

It turns out that the legislators of the Republic of Slovenia classified Iboga (and everything contained therein, including Ibogaine) as medicinal plant, which may be used only by Medical Doctors. With this, the religious community Sacrament of Transition and its members are denied their right to use Ibogaine for religious purposes. Because Ibogaine is classified as a medicine, the penalties for its use (Penal Code) are up to 10 years in prison, and for traffic up to 15 years in prison.

Since such legal regulation has nothing to do with justice, because it obviously wanted - disguised as professional medical concern for people's health - to prevent us from using Ibogaine in our basic religious activities, we decided to implement CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE, and will continue all our religious activities. Participants in religious services can decide by themselves if they want a medical doctor present, or not. Sacrament of Transition priests will respect their decisions.
